The deposit is returned the same day once the car is returned.

Standard limit: 200 km/day.
For long-term rentals: 3,500 km per month.
If you exceed the limit, an additional fee of 2 PLN gross per km is charged.

You can also purchase an extended mileage package or unlimited mileage — cheaper than paying later.

You can:
• pick it up at our office in Warsaw
• order delivery to your home, hotel, or airport (delivery in Warsaw — 100 PLN)
• get the car at another agreed location

At pickup we record mileage, fuel level, take photos/videos, and sign the agreement.

Return it to our office or another agreed place.
Requirements:
• car must be clean inside
• fuel level must match the level at pickup (full-to-full policy)
• no new damage

The procedure takes 5–10 minutes.

Yes, but you must inform us in advance.
Additional insurance is required for international travel, and rental cost may change.

Without written permission, travelling abroad is prohibited.

All cars come with OC/AC/Assistance.
All vehicles at NikaCARS are insured — no extra charge.
If a collision is your fault, the renter covers 10% of the repair cost.

In case of an accident:

  1. Stay calm and turn on hazard lights

  2. Call the police — mandatory

  3. Call our 24/7 hotline

  4. Take photos/videos of the scene

If the car breaks down due to technical reasons — we provide a replacement or roadside assistance.

Yes, free of charge.
The second driver must be listed in the contract in advance.
Handing over the car to a third party is prohibited.

We accept the following payment methods:

Companies can receive a VAT invoice.

Delay up to 1 hour — small extra fee.
Delay over 2–3 hours — charged as an additional rental day.

If you think you may be late — notify us in advance and we will try to adjust.

Extension is possible if the car is available.

Minimum — 1 day.
Short-term rental for a few hours may be possible — ask for availability.

If repairs are needed — handled through insurance according to the contract.

If the damage is not your fault and you have a police report — you bear no cost.

Yes, we operate 24/7.
Pickup outside office hours is subject to an extra charge.

Each car is equipped with:
• air conditioning
• multimedia system
• insurance
• summer/winter tires
• 24/7 roadside assistance
• basic safety kit

The car must be returned clean and tidy.
Light, normal use dirt is acceptable, but:
• heavy interior or exterior dirt — 250 PLN cleaning fee
• smoking in the car is strictly forbidden — cleaning costs 300–600 PLN
